We are a community club run by volunteers. We have an excellent committee, who cover a wide variety of subjects, and sub-committees dealing with specific areas like organising races or developing areas of the club, and a coaching network which continues to grow as the club does. A lot of that is key to our success. One thing we do ask of members is to help out where you can. There is always opportunities to join our committees and the one day we always need as much help as possible is to make our popular Festival race as successful as possible. We receive great feedback on our organisation and support provided to runners by our marshals.
For runners interested in competing in races we take part in local competitions alongside other running clubs and also travel further a field to take part in races.
